This line was thought possibly to have been related to the Goochland Phelps line, but DNA testing did not support it. A key link William Shothand Phelps was suspect and dna results seem to confirm that he was not the ancestor, because the results do not match the others of this line. So we must at this time conclude the highlighted link is not valid.
